Good size room with sitting area and kitchen facility, in a quite, but very convenient location, good facilities, helpful staff.
Charging for luggage to be held following vacation of room and pending departure to airport. Charges for use of computer facilities/internet.
Location is great, close to a lot of attractons.
Location was excellent, staff efficient and helpful in giving directions and making recommendations for activitties.
Daily car charge..not a problem.but could have been included given the overall room charge.
The staff were friendly - awesome location- our grandchildren loved the pool
I wish they had in room movies available
Great location; hotel was very accomodating; staff very friendly. Relative bargain for the money. I would definitely classify as a four star establishment.
location was good, & they do have a restaurant on site & bar
what they say is a queen size bed is far too small
Very convenient to all of downtown Vancouver for shopping, sports arenas and Skytrain stations.
it was close to the event we went to see, it was clean , friendly staff ,checking in and out was fast and easy; we would definitely book again
locattion was excellent , 4 blocks from skytrain and walking ditance to most of downtown. Room was amazing , a full suite , everything you could ever need.
only thing I didnt like was the mini ironing board instead of full size
The hotel staff were friendly and the cleaning services fuctioned well. I am used to heated floors in Europe and found the bathroom floor cold in the morning.
Great location, affordable rooms & parking ($11 per night plus tax), very helpful and friendly staff.
Busy elevators (3 elevators, 21 floors), Ice only on 2nd floor, $15 per day for wifi
It's close to the shopping district and concert, sports, and enertainment districts.
the hotel was nice, dining was our biggest complaint, but u are renevating, so hopefully it will be better when family will be staying with u in Feb
This was our 3rd stay at the Rosedale on Robson, we love it there, it is in our favorite part of Vancouver>
